We have a very enjoyable lunch in the Still and West

and afterwards we sit on the sea front and see the Italian ship San Giorgio join its companion aircraft carrier Giuseppe Garibaldi in Portsmouth Dockyard

We also hear that Jack plus Bec, Grant, Nicola and Adam have been to Lynmouth, Lynton and the Valley of the rocks and along the path above the highest sea cliffs in England where lots of wild goats live
